The above objectives were investigated through literature survey of both published and unpublished texts and through interviews. The findings show that NADIC, to control the flow of agricultural which was established information by coordinating all the information centres, has embarked on all the activities required of it and can even boast of the activities required of it and some achievements. However, it has been met with a number of shortcomings which, if not checked, might paralyse the prevailing progress. Some few solutions have been offered by FAO and more is expected from the Government and National Agricultural Research Organization (NARO).
