Abstract:
The analysis will focus on identifying what land management practices are best suited to address
vulnerability, adaptation to and mitigation of climate change and variability in particular contexts, and what actions are needed in those contexts to promote uptake of such SLM practices. Multiple methods of analysis and interpretation of the information collected will be used, with the objective being to obtain a coherent understanding of what has happened in recent history and what may happen in the future in each study site and village and why, using triangulation of different sources of information and methods of analysis.
