Abstract:
This document has been prepared as a supporting document for the Centre Commissioned External review of INIBAP which will take place during February 2000. The terms of reference for the review are provided in Annex 1. The document provides details of the INIBAP programme, with a particular focus on recent achievements and future directions planned for the programme. Full information on the four projects which constitute the INIBAP programme are provided in the Annexes, together with details of INIBAP's human resources and further background information about the activities of the programme.
