Abstract:
This Directory of Farm Input Marketing Organizations, the first prepared by FAO/FIAC, is intended to be put to a number of uses. It is expected to fulfil a Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries (TCDC) function by enabling marketing organizations worldwide to identify other organizations in their sector; it will also assist companies seeking trading partners. Additionally, it is expected to benefit donor agencies and researchers. At a time when attention is focused on Aid-in-Kind, it is essential that infor-mation be made available concerning agencies which have the responsibility of ensuring the successful delivery of inputs to the farmer.
