Abstract:
A three-day Round Table Meeting, under the auspices of the East African Community was convened in Kampala, from 16 to 18th April 2009 to contribute to the development of a Uganda position on climate change. This was a follow up of the development of a comprehensive approach and joint initiative to address Climate Change by the Common Market for East and Southern Africa (COMESA), the East African Community (EAC), and the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC).
