Abstract:
The TSF is a competitive fund set up by the COARD Project at SAARI Outreach and Partnership Initiative to increase the "Farmers Voice" in promoting and disseminating knowledge of improved agricultural technologies in Eastern Savannah Agro-ecological Zone (Katakwi, Kaberamaido, Kumi, PaIlisa, Soroti and Tororo.
