Abstract:
NARO generated a total of 86 agricultural improved productivity technologies for dissemination, submitted 46 candidate varieties to the Variety Release Committee and undertook 66 research studies under the competitive grants scheme. This chapter highlights notable achievements made in the various subsectors such as crops, livestock, forestry, fishing and other research activities.
