Abstract: The main Kyoga Lakes, namely Kyoga, Kwania and Bisina, share between them 9 districts, namely Apac, Nakasongola, Kayunga, Kamuli, Kumi, Soroti, Kaberamaido, Amolatar and Dokolo, spanning the Central, Eastern and Northern Regions of Uganda.
