Abstract:
This guide has been developed as a training tool to help farmer trainers to know some of the soil and water conservation practices and train farmers in putting them into practice on their farms. This hands-on guide attempts to bridge the gap between technology availability from researchers and its application by the farmers. By using this guide, the farmer trainer should be in a better position to train farmers into practical skills that will help them manage their soil resources better and more sustainably.
