Abstract:
The agroforestry program held a protocol harmonization meeting for the eastern lowlands
and highlands of Uganda in April 2005, in Mbale. Following this meeting, protocols were
revisited and are presently at varying stages of implementation by the field staff.
In order to increase awareness about what is on the ground and harmonize work across
sites, the program organized a field visit to eastern Uganda by specialized staff from the various components that took place 14th to 18th June 2005.
