Abstract:
The Recipient shall, no later June 30, 2013 or any other date agreed with the IDA, carry out jointly with IDA and Co-Financiers, a Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the progress made in carrying out the project; and no later than 30 days after completion of the MTR, start to implement the recommendations of the MTR as agreed with the Association and Co-Financiers. The MTR would assess (i) the overall progress made during the implementation of the project, and (ii) the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities.
ii. Financial covenants are the standard ones as stated in the Financing Agreement Schedule 2, Section II (B) on Financial Management, Financial Reports, and Audits and Section 4.09 of the General Conditions.
