Abstract:
ILCA's programme and budget plan for the 1989-93 period gives the operational dimensions of the choices made in ILCA's Strategy and Long-term Plan, published in October 1987. Our medium-term programme plans give the framework against which our research and training and information will be measured, while enabling us to respond to external change in a flexible and dynamic way.
