Abstract:
The LVEMP I Project operates under three contract committees namely Ministry of
Water, Lands and Environment, Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries,
and National Agricultural Research Organisation (NARO.)
The Procurement process started in the middle of July 2004 when the Procurement
Officer came on Board. All the Ten Components of the project werevisited to assess anA
list the entire user needs. Quantities and specification were compiled into procurement
Plan by 15/10/05.
