Abstract:
The project on "Strengthening the role of universities in National Agricultural Research Systems (NARS) in sub-Saharan Africa" officially began on November 1, 1993 with the financial support of the German Government and the technical and scientific support of the University of Hohenheim (Germany) and two international consultants. Part 1 of the overall project is aimed to develop and evaluate a methodological framework in partnership with Benin and Nigeria.
