Abstract:
It is the policy of the Government of Kenya to ensure that food is available in sufficient quantity and variety at afforadable prices. Accordingly essential inputs namely: seeds, fertilizer, pesticides and farm equipment must be procured and distributed to ensure adequate agricultural production.
