Abstract:
Reconciliation of Billings. As a result of improper accounting, charges had
been looked to the special project and paid. Subsequently these same charges had been
reversed to core leaving a funding credit in the special project. Additional charges which,
if properly raised, would have put the project over budget, had been covered by the
$167,030 credit.
