The Program Committee Chair, looking ahead to the May 1995 meeting and noting
that •:he Committee's major responsibility in May was to prepare the responses to the
External Program Review, requested the Director General, if time was available, to set up
meetings for three groups of Program Committee members to meet with the three Research
Division Directors either alone or together with their staff, whichever was preferred
