Abstract:
For improving the management efficiency and effectiveness of the Agricultural Research
Corporation (ARC), the International Service for National Agricultural Research (ISNAR)
has assisted ARC to develop a computerized system of documentation of current research
activities (DOCRA). DOCRA is a simple approach to the development of program
budgeting system (PBS). It can be used by scientists, research managers at all levels, and
research policy makers.
