Abstract:
Serere ARDC is one of the 12 ARDCs under NARO's Outreach and Partnership Initivative (OPI) Programme set up to carry out research and development at the 12 identified Agroecological zones. The ON is a strategy for decentalization and mutual institutional learning in research and technology dissemination. It ensures client's needs are addressed in each agroecological zone through provision of relevant research outputs to intermediary organisations and service providers - clients control the whole process by expressing demand for services and their participation together with other partners in all activities
