Abstract:
..upplementary framework to the IP Policy in order to guide effective
commercialisation and utilisation of NARO-generated technologies, assets
and services. In addition to operationalising the policy, the guidelines are
intended to assist all stakeholders in promoting consistency in the general
application of the policy as well as uniformity in its interpretation, for
effective and efficient commercialisation and utilisation of NARO
technologies, assets and services.
